Renting Clothes

Companies should earn most profit by renting out clothes instead of selling clothes including the daily clothes. The mode of clothes consumption should switch from buying and selling to renting. Why? Why not. How often have you worn a shirt until it is torn apart? Where do all the clothes go? Dustbin? Black hole?
In terms of implementation: the pricing of the second hand clothes would depend foremost on the age of the clothes and most likely decreases exponentially with age. Brand new clothes will be very expensive as they become rarer. Everyone would need to specify the length of rent upon purchase. In fact, you are purchasing the usage time. You would get money back when you return the almost intact clothes on time. It is great because:

1. Sharing makes us connected, rich and poor, new generations and old generations, one and another...
2. Clothes companies will have the incentives to make clothes in better quality for renting them longer...
3. We can afford to change the wardrobe often without feeling guilty towards the environment...
4. We treasure the clothes more as we won't be able to wear them in the future...
5. People would not pile up clothes unnecessarily as there is a price for that...
6. People need smaller houses as they no longer need to store clothes...
ps: for the ones who rarely buy new clothes, it is fully compatible if you don't feel like going through the boredom of renting. You can simply just rent them for years...
